July 1, 2021: JBrowse is available for all FAANGMine species. Use the JBrowse pulldown menu in the navigation bar to select a genome to view.
May 20, 2021: FAANGMine v1.2 is available. FAANGMine v1.1 will continue to be available until June 30, 2021. User accounts and work have been copied from FAANGMine v1.1 to FAANGMine v1.2. If you have saved lists in FAANGMine v1.1, the process of upgrading your lists will begin after you first login to v1.2, and may take a few moments. You should view your lists under your MyMine tab to check their status. Some user lists may have changed due to updated datasets in FAANGMine v1.2. To permanently preserve your lists as they were in FAANGMine v1.1, you should download them by June 30.
FAANGMine Help Sessions
FAANGMine Help Sessions are held every two weeks on Wednesdays at 8am and 4pm CST.
Click one of the following to register for a help session time. Registering once will allow you to attend any sessions of that time in the future. Its okay to register for both times. Note that we are currently in Central Standard Time (CST = GMT-6:00).
